The tourist has the right to retract through the link “sercliente@bogotapass.com” within five (5) week days after the purchase made through the platform of Bogota Pass, provided the tourists had not used a product and I had not paid in cash. For more information on this right that it should consult the Terms and Conditions of the company.

No. Only one visit per tourist attraction is allowed. However, if tourists want to buy the same attraction again you can do it but in our office.

No. Bogota Pass not be liable for any deficiency in service, attention, security or quality of the attraction or partner. Thus, you could claim directly in the place visited.

We recommend to buy a insurance for One Day (just COP 3.000) if you want to feel safer. Bogotá Pass is not responsible for your trips in the city. If you buy a tour and the insurance is specified, we assume the responsibility of generate your certificate.

The Pass only allows admission to attractions signed agreements you could see with a tag in Thing to Do Bogota. Some of them do not have but if you with our guides, we pay!

Absolutely!! Bogotá Pass offers variety of plans and activities, and may hire tour guides and transportation for their travels and visits.

If the tourist is a Colombian citizen must pay tax, but if the tourist is from foreing country may be exempt from this payment, as long as his identity is verified by passport or valid copy

The time of each plan are designed to enjoy all the attractions and plans. However, if they will not make use of all the attractions Policies sole responsibility of the tourist, Bogota Pass will not be responsible and will not refund any money or recharge Pass.

Depending on the plan and categories you choose: the Premium category includes private guide in the language of your choice, Basic and Plus categories work with guides from the attractions, place or with the driver as guide.

Yes, all tours in order to provide confidence, tranquility and safety to people during activities whether for pleasure, business or other type of events, we offer medical assistance to our travelers guaranteeing that their stay will be protected to provide the help and the timely attention to each eventuality.

In order to start the total activities that includes our packages we recommend to arrive with 30 hour of anticipation, to be able to guarantee the route in the indicated schedule.

For clients who had a pickup in their hotel, it is recommended to wait at the Reception for the same half hour before the tour.

Refund, payments methods, Cancellations

No. In order to make a reservation you have to pay the 30% of the price, at least 1 day before. We will send to you an email with the itinerary and the Online Payment link with the 30% to officially confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% can be paid in the office (by cash or credit card), online (before the tour begins) or to the driver (before the tour begins).

Yes, you can pay with any credit card you have: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American express and Discovery.

You can cancel your reservation and ask the refund of your money as long as you send us a written request at least 72 hours before the service. In case of needing a modification of date and / or time must be done at least 48 hours before the service. If you do not comply with these conditions, we will not be able to refund your money (See Cancellation Policies).
